The project's mission is to provide advanced training and certification for people who wish to work as community development officers in rural areas.

• Create innovative, practical and digital training materials and digital skills.
• Increase the capacity of project partners to deliver digital training and assessment using e-learning platforms.
• Train and support 60 people experiencing rural disadvantage.
• Increase the employability and practical skills.
• Create a lasting impact on local communities by raising awareness of the opportunities arising from the transition to a green, sustainable and digital Europe.
